Implications of a Movemental Ecclesiology

How rethinking the church can help us multiply and increase impact - and why it should matter to you.

Upcoming Digital WOrkshop:

November 29, 2023

2pm CDT/3pm EDT

While so many U.S. churches face decline, we see movements of rapidly multiplying work all over the world. While U.S. congregations struggle to meaningfully impact the needs outside their walls, global movements are marked by their transformative impact on social needs. Could learning from God’s activity elsewhere force us to relook at our assumptions so that we can find new paths to future fruitfulness?

Join us for this interactive workshop with Wes Watkins, a global scholar on movements and a facilitator of the network that produced Motus Dei: The Movement of God to Disciple the Nations. Wes serves as the Unreached Peoples Specialist for One Collective and Assistant Professor of Missiology at the Arab Baptist Theological Seminary in Beirut. Because of the popularity of our last webinar, Paying Attention to Disciple-making Movements, we’ve created this second opportunity and limited attendance to allow for more discussion.

Invite your team to participate as we explore questions like…

  • What innovative insights do we gain by comparing typical ways of doing church with movemental ecclesiology?

  • How do social networks play a role in disciple making and church formation?

  • What movemental principles should every cross-cultural worker and ministry leader carry with them?

Whether you are a pastor, lay missions leader, or campus outreach leader, don't miss this unique opportunity to gain valuable insights that can inform how you make disciples locally and globally! Register Below!
