Pray for Serving Refugees in the Middle East — Day 2
Home Visits
Home visits enable our team to invest deeply in relationships with refugees, walk closely with them through different parts of their lives, and witness to them by sharing stories about God’s plan of redemption in a more personal context. Groceries, hosting gifts, and kids activities are regularly shared with families while other forms of practical and financial assistance are provided after evaluation.
Prayer Points for Today:
For the Ministry
That we would have wisdom and discernment as we walk with refugees through the frequency and diversity of challenges they face.
That there would be open hearts and effective gospel witness as we share truth and come alongside people in genuine need.
For the Team
That our compassion would flow from the deep well of Christ’s heart, not our own strength.
For those Served
That they would perceive our desire to help them walk in greater fullness in all areas of their life and that this would build trust and openness to the comprehensive redeeming power of the good news.
That those we visit would experience genuine love, care, warmth, rest, and friendship from us as they welcome and host us in their homes.
