Afghan Fellowship

Pray for Serving Refugees in the Middle East — Day 5

Afghan Fellowship

The Afghan Fellowship was planted in 2019 after a Bible study became a consistent place of worship for a group of Afghan brothers and sisters. The fellowship meets every Sunday, providing a safe space for believing and seeking refugees to worship, pray, and grow into a Christian community with one another.

Prayer Points for Today:

For the Ministry

  • That leaders within the fellowship would continue in discipleship and have avenues to grow in teaching and leading.

  • That there would be growth in numbers and confidence among Afghan believers.

For the Team

  • That we would have wisdom and discernment in leading and discipling in this current season, but also in casting vision for the fellowship for the future.

  • That more Dari, Uzbek, and Farsi speakers would come alongside and help with translation.

For those Served

  • That members would be protected from police hostility, racism amongst the locals and those who want to harm our members and the fellowship.

  • That members who have moved on to Europe or back to Afghanistan would be protected and have the opportunity to continue pursuing their faith.
