In Santiago, Rachel and Alonso work alongside the Chilean government, not against it. Through formal partnership and shared care plans, they offer what the system cannot. long-term mentorship, trusted adults, and a growing network of local churches that show up consistently. By pairing government protection with relational, faith-rooted presence, they help young people heal, form identity, and step into adulthood knowing they are not alone.
