What does “Integrated Community Transformation” Mean?

Our core strategy at One Collective is Integrated Community Transformation. This strategy flows out of our passion to ensure that no one is invisible and that everyone has access to food, freedom, and forgiveness. The integrated aspect of our strategy recognizes that people and communities have physical, social, and spiritual needs. Therefore, we want to address the needs of the whole person in the whole community.  

We work in a city undergoing rapid economic transformation. In this city, the greatest physical, social, and spiritual needs are often pushed further into the margins or hidden by authorities. We seek to connect with and develop local leaders who can better identify, understand, and navigate these needs.

Prayer Points for Today:

For Integration 

• Pray that our work will address our community's physical, social, and spiritual needs.  

For Community 

• Pray for the hidden members of our community who need access to food, freedom, and forgiveness.  

For Transformation 

• Pray for our community to be transformed by the power of God. 

• Pray for holistic transformation in families, local social networks, businesses, schools, and other community organizations and institutions.
