About Collective Impact

Welcome to Collective Impact. Over 8000 people just like you donate each year to One Collective to make this global ministry possible. Modeling our approach after the ways and teachings of Jesus gives us the courage and optimism that with Him, and with each other, we truly can see positive change in today’s troubled world.

This brief email will go out around once a month to the many generous followers who, just like you, have come alongside a One Collective staff member or community to create impact and encouragement through generosity.

We will cover topics ranging from current events and stories from the field, to tax-strategies and creative way to pass on your values and valuables to future generations. We will invite you into community with like-minded, generous Jesus-follower and provide you with opportunities to go, to gather and to give strategically alongside One Collective’s global ministry.

The deep-rooted challenges all around us in today’s world require that we all come together and collaborate around creative solutions. One Collective has on-the-ground teams across more than 50 communities in over 30 countries who have together spent decades establishing trusted partnerships with local changemakers. Our 250-plus active staff members are partnered with hundreds, if not thousands, of local partners in some of the most challenging places around the world, giving us a unique global footprint built on a foundation of deeply-trusted relationships.

Looking back over 2000 years and modeling our approach after the ways and teachings of Jesus gives us the courage and optimism that with Him, and with each other, we truly can see positive change in today’s troubled world.

Brandon Weidman

Sr. Director of Development

Brandon serves as Sr. Director of Development at One Collective, where he brings a unique set of gifts and experience to the role of connecting donors and partners to the work One Collective does around the world.

After an early career in business, Brandon opened a new community for One Collective in Nicaragua as a Catalyst and continues to oversee the team there in the capacity of Area Director. Having first been a practitioner of holistic transformation abroad as a Catalyst for over 6 years, Brandon has since found deep fulfillment investing his time in other Catalysts and communities around the world who are striving to do the same, by serving in various roles on One Collective's global leadership team that range from Business Strategist to Director of Expansion and Impact Fund Manager. Brandon currently resides in Indiana with his wife and four children.
