A New Season at La Roca - in Quito Ecuador

What happens when young people a community has written off are given what they’ve always needed? A place to belong.

In Calderón - a neighborhood in North Quito, Ecuador, David and a team of local skaters are changing the story for young people who have often been seen as troublemakers instead of leaders. Through La Roca, a skate park built by skaters and for skaters, they are creating a safe, trusted space where youth find friendship, purpose, mentorship, and a new sense of identity. Alongside local churches, La Roca is becoming a launchpad for transformation.

The groundwork is already there. The relationships are strong. The doors are open. Now the opportunity is for the right leader to come alongside David, strengthen the local team, build sustainable systems, and help this movement grow in the way of Jesus.
