Spiritual Hunger

Pray for a Movement of Hope in Central Asia — Day 4

About

Though 98% of the country claims Islam, many are nominal in their faith. Many equate their faith with their nationality, engaging in religion because "that’s just what you do.” To be a part of this nation is to be a Muslim. A true, deep, and active desire for God is less common, in both city and village. Today, pray for an awakening of spiritual hunger in Central Asia.

Prayer Points for Today:

  • Pray for a moving of the Holy Spirit that would convict hearts and draw people to a deep desire for God.

  • Pray for those who are dissatisfied with their life to search for answers in the Holy Books. Pray that their pursuit of truth would lead them to Jesus.

  • Pray for perseverance for those who are searching, that they would not lose hope.

  • Pray for believers to be ready for and initiate spiritual conversations with others.
