Dear Friends,
As I reflect on the stories in this issue, I’m reminded that meaningful change rarely happens overnight. It grows through people who choose to stay long-term and keep showing up, building relationships, and faithfully investing in the same communities year after year.
Throughout these pages, you’ll meet leaders who have done exactly that. Their stories are defined by years of walking alongside neighbors, churches, and local leaders as God continues His work. It’s a reminder to me that the most enduring transformation is often the result of ordinary faithfulness lived out over time.
You’ll also read about a new opportunity in La Roca, Ecuador— a community where God has been at work for many years, and is now opening doors for the next chapter of ministry. As one generation of leaders continues to strengthen the work already underway, we’re praying for the next generation of people who will answer God’s call to serve, invest, and help write the next chapter of this community’s story.
Whether you’ve been part of One Collective for years or are just beginning to explore what God might have for you, I hope these stories remind you that lasting impact is always built together. Every leader who says “yes,” every partner who invests, and every community that welcomes Jesus into their story becomes part of something far greater than any one person could accomplish alone.
